1) The website collects data of:

Visits: The number of visits to the site in the last 3 months, including multiple visits by the same visitor.
Unique Visitors: The number of people who visited the site in the last 3 months.
Bounce Rate: The percentage of people that visited the site and left after viewing only one page.
Forms Submitted: The number of contact forms submitted by visitors.

2) Statistical data is collected automatically by the website. Personal information shall be collected manually via forms sent via email or filled in by hand and stored offline, see below what personal data is collected and why.

The following personal information will be processed for the stated reasons:

Name: For identification purposes.

Phone Number: To be able to get in contact with you for arranging/cancelling appointments.

Age: To get a sense of your stage of life.

Email Address: For correspondence, such as arranging appointment times.

GP Details: For a point of contact should I have to contact your GP in the event of a serious risk to your safety.

The personal data or privacy information shall only be used for core business purposes and shall not be shared with any third party or used for advertising. All records will be kept securely and protected and kept for a maximum of 7 years from the date of the first session, after this time the records will be shredded and destroyed. This also applies in the unlikely event of me being unable to work for an extended period due to serious injury, illness, death or retirement.

3) Clients shall be contacted by phone, text or email, only when the client has requested Therapy in the Village to do so. Clients shall not be contacted for marketing or advertising purposes and only for reasons related to counselling and their treatment.

4) We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
