Life Coaching
My style of Coaching like my supervisory and therapeutic approach is anchored within the systemic tradition. I seek to create a collaborative space where we both work to help you find direction in your life and over come personal barriers.
Individuals are encouraged to explore, through the lenses of culture, family history and personal experience, to understand the sometimes nuanced and personal, challenges that we can all face.
Systemic coaching is a non-therapeutic option, therefore may not require multiple sessions. Though if during our session a topic brings out some unforeseen emotional reactions, as a trained counsellor I would be able to slip into this role and help you process what has been brought up for you.
